Q: By when does my IPF need to be completed?
A: The IPF should be completed when you begin the intervention.
Q: Where do they go at the end of the year?
A: The IPF belongs in the students' RTI cumulative file.
Q: When do I need to update the IPF?
A: You need to update the IPF any time you begin, stop, or change an intervention.
Q: Do I have to fill out an IPF if my student also sees a specialist/special education teacher?
A: Work with the other staff member. Most likely, the Title team members will begin an IPF for those students they see. Then they will give them to you to fill out your portion.
